Sponsorship

We welcome and are in need of additional corporate and business sponsors, in-kind donors, and individual public patrons to continue meeting our goals of doing our part to create the next generation of scientists and engineers

The Alameda County Science and Engineering Fair Association is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit public charity organization and therefore the fair operation depends entirely upon financial donations and grants.  Tax ID# 45-1800245..

All entities will receive a  100% tax deductible receipt for your donations

We have several ways individuals or a business can directly contribute to the students of Alameda County that participate in our fair.

Become a Patron Donor through our PayPal  or contact our corporate relations team to become a corporate or business sponsor corp.donorsacsef@gmail.com

Please take a look at these 3  options in addition to becoming a Patron Donor or corporate sponsor to the fair operating budget:

1. https://acsef.org/subpages/help_fund_underserved_stu_participation.html   Fund an underserved student participation - This can be as simple as sponsoring a single student's $30 registration fee or additional funding towards their transportation to/from the fair events, lunch on Saturday, project display materials etc. The Special Awards Director will be available to help you through the process.  acsef.awards@gmail.com

Or sponsor an entireTitle 1 school's participating student registration fees (up to a maximum of 10. The fair director directoracsef@gmail.com  can put you in touch with the schools in need.

2. https://acsef.org/subpages/sponsor_an_award_to_a_stu_proj.html  Fund an award for a student project based on a criteria you or your organization can set up. The Special Awards Director will be available to help you through the process. acsef.awards@gmail.com

3. https://acsef.org/subpages/in-kind_donation_are_always_welcome.html Fund in-kind donation for the fair - such as cover or contribute to the cost of our printing or  cover the cost of this year's fair T-shirt, or other memorabilia etc. The special Awards Director will be available to help you through the process. acsef.awards@gmail.com

We would be honored to have your company as a business partner. Please check this link below for the many ways your company can become involved. Sponsors/Donors/Patron Link: Business, Industry, Private parties may further the efforts of  the Alameda County Science & Engineering Fair and become a Sponsoring Partner by making a financial contribution, service, and/or sponsoring a special award.

Each of our current sponsors understands the science fair provides a forum for students to present their scientific work, interact with scientists and educators to receive feedback on their efforts. Students are awarded scholarships, cash prizes, public affirmation, and other non-monetary recognition for outstanding work.

Participation in a science fair research project is the ULTIMATE in S.T.E.M. education and experience! In doing a research project students and teachers cover the Common Core Standards easily. We encourage each of the Alameda County school district Superintendents, teachers, students, and parents to become a partner in promoting The Synopsys ACSEF participation in all of the county schools.

We are pleased to currently have The Synopsys Outreach Foundation as our Title Sponsor.

The SYNOPSYS Outreach Foundation - Title Sponsor and additional corporate and private sponsors give support to the science fair by providing funding, judges, and additional volunteer positions.:
